    Care Reimagined

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Before we meet, make sure your intake forms and portal account are completed. These give Cassandra the background she needs so your time together can focus on your health, not paperwork.

Please confirm that you’ll be physically located in Colorado, Illinois, or Oregon at the time of your visit, as care can only be provided in those states.

If you didn’t receive your forms, just email info@wiblewellness.com and we’ll resend them.

Choose a quiet place where you can talk openly without distractions. Good Wi-Fi or strong cell service helps prevent dropped calls.

You’re welcome to join from your car if needed — just make sure the car is parked for the entire visit.

Please keep your ID nearby for identity verification during your first appointment.

During your first visit, Cassandra will walk through your health history, current symptoms, and anything else that’s been on your mind. This is your time to share what’s going well, what isn’t, and what you hope to improve.

Having a list of your medications, supplements, and past medical history ready will help the conversation flow smoothly.

Feel free to bring questions — no matter how small — so nothing gets missed.

By the end of your visit, you’ll know exactly what comes next. This may include lab work, prescriptions, lifestyle steps, or follow-up timing depending on your needs.

If something isn’t clear, Cassandra will talk it through with you until you feel comfortable moving forward.

You’ll also learn how to use the secure patient portal to message, schedule visits, view labs, and handle future communication.

    Helpful tools for ongoing care:

    • Home blood pressure cuff (upper arm preferred)
    • Digital bathroom scale

    Blood Pressure tips:

    • Rest 2–3 minutes before checking
    • Feet flat, legs uncrossed, back supported
    • No nicotine 30 minutes prior
    • Keep cuff/wrist at heart level

What affects readings: caffeine, poor sleep, salty meals, alcohol, stress, or rushing.

When to check: Try different times of day to see your usual pattern.

    Self-Pay & Insurance

We offer transparent self-pay pricing and accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Insurance coverage is expanding — pending approvals include Multiplan/PHCS, First Health, Anthem (CO), BCBS Illinois, and UnitedHealthcare.

Not sure what your plan covers? Send us a message through the contact form and we’ll help you understand options and next steps.
