Mental & Behavioral Health
You don’t have to carry it all alone — compassionate support for depression, anxiety, and sleep concerns
Mental health is health.
Whether you’re struggling with focus and attention, feeling weighed down by depression, navigating anxiety, or just can’t seem to get a good night’s sleep — these challenges are real, and they deserve real support.
At Wible Wellness, we create a safe, judgment-free space where you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing. We listen, we validate, and we work together to find treatment approaches that actually help. And because we offer telehealth across Colorado, Illinois, and Oregon, you can access compassionate mental health care from the privacy of your own home.
How We Support Your Mental Health
Depression Treatment & Support
Depression isn’t weakness, laziness, or something you can just “snap out of.” It’s a real medical condition — and it’s treatable. Whether you’re newly struggling or have been managing depression for years, we’re here to help you find relief.
How we help:
- Screening and diagnosis of depression (major depression, persistent depressive disorder, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD)
- Medication management (SSRIs, SNRIs, and other antidepressants)
- Monitoring for side effects and adjusting treatment as needed
- Lifestyle modifications to optimize mood and rule out other causes of your symptoms
- Collaboration with therapists and counselors (we handle medication; they handle talk therapy. Consider talk therapy as routine self care.)
- Regular check-ins to track your progress and adjust support
- Education about depression, self-care strategies, and when to seek additional help
Medication can be incredibly helpful, but it's not the only answer. We often recommend pairing medication with therapy, lifestyle changes, and social support for the best results.
Anxiety Disorders & Stress Management
Anxiety can show up in so many ways — racing thoughts, constant worry, physical tension, panic attacks, difficulty sleeping or waking in the night, avoidance of situations or hobbies you used to enjoy. You’re not broken, and you’re not overreacting. Anxiety is a real condition, and you deserve support.
Conditions we treat:
- Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)
- Panic disorder and panic attacks
- Social anxiety
- Health-related anxiety
- Stress and burnout
Treatment approaches:
- Medication options (SSRIs, SNRIs, buspirone, and others)
- Short-term use of non-habit-forming anxiety medications when appropriate
- Breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and stress reduction strategies
- Referrals to therapists trained in CBT or other evidence-based approaches
- Addressing underlying lifestyle contributors (sleep, hormones, chronic stress, caffeine)
We generally avoid prescribing benzodiazepines (like Xanax or Ativan) for long-term anxiety management due to dependency risks. Instead, we focus on safer, more sustainable treatment options. The goal is to prevent the anxiety from occurring rather managing it as it presents daily.
Sleep Concerns & Insomnia
Poor sleep doesn’t just make you tired — it affects your mood, memory, immune system, weight, day to day safety, work or school performance, relationship strain, and overall quality of life. If falling asleep or staying asleep has become a nightly struggle, we can help.
We address:
- Chronic insomnia and difficulty falling asleep
- Waking frequently during the night or too early in the morning
- Sleep apnea screening and ordering at home sleep studies **I order, I don’t refer out
- Restless leg syndrome and other movement disorders that disrupt sleep
- Screen for narcolepsy and refer to a sleep specialist if indicated
- Sleep issues related to anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions
Treatment options:
- Sleep hygiene education and cognitive-behavioral strategies for insomnia (CBT-I)
- Non-habit-forming sleep medications when appropriate
- Over the counter supplements recommendations
- Addressing underlying causes (anxiety, pain, hormones, sleep apnea, anemia, nutritional deficiencies)
- Guidance on reducing reliance on sleep aids over time
Good sleep is foundational to mental health. When you rest better, anxiety decreases, mood improves, and focus sharpens.
ADHD Evaluation & Management
Living with undiagnosed or poorly managed ADHD can feel exhausting. Maybe you’ve struggled with focus your whole life, or perhaps things got harder when life got busier. Either way, you’re not imagining it — and there’s help available.
Our ADHD evaluation process:
- Comprehensive 2-3 visit assessment
- Detailed discussion of symptoms, history, and how ADHD impacts your daily life
- Review of sleep, stress, mood, and other factors that affect focus
- Collaboration to determine if ADHD is the right diagnosis
- Clear discussion of treatment options — medication, behavioral strategies, or both
Medication management for ADHD:
- Stimulant medications (when appropriate and after a wellness exam)
- Non-stimulant options for those who prefer or need them
- Regular follow-ups to monitor effectiveness and side effects
- Dosage adjustments as your needs change
- Refills require follow-up visits for safety and accountability
Thyroid care is highly individual. What works for someone else may not work for you — and that's okay. We'll keep adjusting until we find your optimal treatment.

Important: An ADHD evaluation does not guarantee a diagnosis or medication. A wellness exam within the past year is required before any stimulant medication can be prescribed. Some situations may require referral to a psychiatrist.
When psychiatry referral is needed:
If you have a history of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or regularly use controlled medications (opioids, benzodiazepines, muscle relaxers, or controlled sleep aids), you’ll need to work with a psychiatric specialist for ADHD care.
Transferring existing ADHD care:
If you’ve been diagnosed elsewhere and want to continue medication management with us, please email a complete copy of your previous ADHD evaluation and treatment progress notes to info@wiblewellness.com. We cannot accept evaluations from platforms like Cerebral or Done. A recent wellness exam within the past year is still required. (emailed as well)
ADHD Evaluation (First Visit): $150
ADHD Evaluation Follow-Ups: $125 per visit
Our Approach to Mental Health Care
"I seek the root cause of mood disorders (all medical complaints) and will consider or rule out medical issues that may cause symptoms, such as anemia or nutritional deficiencies, etc."
- Cassandra Wible
Mental health treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all. What works for one person may not work for another, and that’s okay. Here’s how we approach care:
- We listen first. You’re the expert on your own experience. We take time to understand your symptoms, your history, and your goals.
- We collaborate. Treatment decisions are made together. You’re never pressured into medication or any approach you’re not comfortable with.
- We adjust as needed. Mental health treatment often requires trial and error. If something isn’t working, we’ll pivot and try something new. Knowing if a close family member has tried a medication and their response is always helpful.
- We integrate care. Mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum. We consider sleep, nutrition, stress, physical health, and lifestyle when creating your treatment plan.
- We refer when needed. Sometimes therapy, psychiatry, or specialized care is the best next step. We’ll connect you with the right resources.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a diagnosis to get help?
No. You can schedule an appointment even if you’re not sure what’s going on. We’ll assess your symptoms together and figure out the best path forward — whether that’s a diagnosis, treatment, or referral to another provider.
Will I automatically be prescribed medication?
Not necessarily. Medication is one tool, but it’s not always the right one. Some people benefit more from therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches. Treatment decisions are always made collaboratively.
Can I see you for mental health care if I'm already seeing a therapist?
Absolutely. In fact, the combination of medication management (from us) and talk therapy (from your therapist) is often the most effective approach.
What if I'm not sure if my symptoms are "bad enough" to seek help?
If you’re asking this question, it’s worth reaching out. You don’t need to be in crisis to deserve support. If your symptoms are affecting your daily life, relationships, work, or well-being — that’s enough.
