Primary Care & Preventive Health
Compassionate, whole-person care that keeps you healthy — from annual checkups to birth control support
Your health deserves a partner who listens.
Whether you’re due for your annual physical, need lab work, or want to talk about birth control options, we’re here to help you feel confident and cared for — all from the comfort of wherever you are in Colorado, Illinois, or Oregon.
Preventive care isn’t just about checking boxes. It’s about understanding your unique health story, catching concerns early, and building a foundation for lifelong wellness. And you don’t need to leave home to get it.
What We Offer
Annual Physicals & Wellness Exams
Your annual physical is more than a routine appointment — it’s your opportunity to pause, check in with your body, and make sure everything is working as it should. We’ll review your health history, discuss any concerns, and create a personalized plan to keep you feeling your best.
What to expect:
- Comprehensive health assessment and review
- Vitals check (you’ll measure your own blood pressure and weight at home)
- Preventive screenings based on your age, gender, and health history
- Time to talk about lifestyle, stress, sleep, and nutrition
- Personalized wellness goals and next steps
Great for: Adults who want to stay on top of their health, anyone overdue for a checkup, or those starting to prioritize preventive care.
Lab Work, Vaccinations & Health Screenings
Knowledge is power when it comes to your health. Whether you need routine blood work, are catching up on vaccines, or want to screen for specific conditions, we make it simple and stress-free.
We coordinate:
- Routine blood work (CBC, CMP, lipid panel, hemoglobin A1c, and more)
- Vaccinations for flu, COVID-19, shingles, tetanus, and travel needs
- Cholesterol and diabetes screening
- Thyroid testing and hormone panels
- Custom lab orders based on your health needs
We offer transparent cash-pay pricing starting at $40 for routine labs, or we can bill through your insurance. You'll always know your cost upfront.
Birth Control & Reproductive Health Care
Finding the right birth control shouldn’t feel complicated or impersonal. We take time to understand your lifestyle, health history, and what matters most to you — whether that’s convenience, side effect management, or future family planning.
Birth control options we discuss:
- Oral contraceptives (the pill)
- Contraceptive patches and rings
- IUD and implant discussions (with referrals for placement)
- Natural family planning support
We also provide:
- STD/STI testing and treatment
- Gynecological health discussions
- Guidance on sexual health and wellness
- Support navigating changes in birth control or side effects
Your reproductive health is personal. We create a judgment-free space where you can ask questions and make informed choices.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get my annual physical done virtually?
Yes! While some in-person physicals include hands-on exams, many elements of your annual checkup can be completed virtually — especially when you have at-home tools like a blood pressure cuff and scale. We’ll review your health history, discuss preventive screenings, order any needed lab work, and create a wellness plan together. Please check with your insurance to check if this is covered as a virtual visit.
Do I need to live in Colorado, Illinois, or Oregon?
Yes. Telehealth regulations require you to be physically located in one of these three states during your appointment.
How do I get lab work done if my appointment is virtual?
We’ll provide you with a lab order that you can take to any nearby lab location (like Quest or LabCorp). Results are sent directly to us, and we’ll review them together during a follow-up visit.
Can I get a prescription for birth control during my first visit?
In many cases, yes — especially if you’ve used birth control before and know what works for you. If it’s your first time, or if you’re considering a new method, we may need a brief health assessment first.
