SERVICES WE OFFER
Women's Health & Reproductive Care
Birth Control & Contraception
Finding the right birth control is personal. Maybe you want something simple, or you’re concerned about side effects, or you’re thinking about long-term family planning. Whatever your needs, we’ll help you make an informed choice.
Birth control options we discuss:
- Oral contraceptives (the pill) — combination and progestin-only options
- Contraceptive patches (Xulane, Twirla)
- Vaginal rings (NuvaRing, Annovera)
- IUD and implant consultations (with referrals for placement/removal)
- Natural family planning guidance and fertility awareness
We can help you:
- Choose a method that fits your lifestyle, health history, and preferences
- Manage side effects or switch methods if needed
- Navigate insurance coverage for contraceptives
- Understand how birth control interacts with other medications
- Transition off birth control when you’re ready
Hormone Support
Hormones affect everything — mood, energy, weight, skin, sleep, libido, and more. When they’re out of balance, life can feel harder than it should.
Hormone-related concerns we address:
- Irregular or painful periods
- Perimenopause and menopause symptoms (hot flashes, mood changes, sleep disruption, nightsweats, pain with sex, vaginal dryness, brain fog, forgetfulness, irritability, insomnia)
- PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) management
- Hormonal acne and skin changes
- Low libido and sexual health concerns
- Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) consultation and referrals I prescribe menopause hormone replacement therapy.
- Thyroid and adrenal cortisol hormone imbalances
Hormone care is complex and highly individual. We’ll take the time to understand your symptoms, run appropriate tests, and create a treatment plan that supports your well-being.
Sexual Health & Wellness
- STI/STD testing and treatment
- Herpes simple virus (HSV) treatment
- Painful intercourse or low libido concerns
- Vaginal dryness and discomfort
- Pelvic health and gynecological concerns (with referrals to specialists as needed)
- Gynecological health discussions
SERVICES WE OFFER
Men's Health Care
Erectile Dysfunction (ED) Treatment
Erectile dysfunction is more common than you might think — and it’s nothing to be embarrassed about. Whether it’s stress-related, age-related, or connected to other health conditions, there are effective treatments available.
How we help:
- Confidential evaluation to understand the underlying cause
- Medication options (sildenafil/Viagra, tadalafil/Cialis, and others)
- Discussion of side effects, interactions, and how to use medications safely
- Addressing contributing factors (diabetes, blood pressure, anxiety, sleep, hormones)
- Lifestyle recommendations to improve sexual health
- Referrals to urology or specialized care when needed
ED can be an early warning sign of other health issues like heart disease or diabetes. We'll make sure to rule out underlying conditions while treating your symptoms.
Hair Loss Treatment
Hair loss can affect confidence and self-image. Whether you’re experiencing thinning hair, receding hairline, or male pattern baldness, we can help you explore treatment options.
Treatment options we offer:
- Finasteride (Propecia) — oral medication to slow hair loss and promote regrowth
- Minoxidil (Rogaine) — topical treatment for thinning hair
- Evaluation for underlying causes (thyroid, hormones, stress, nutritional deficiencies)
- Guidance on combining treatments for best results
- Realistic expectations and monitoring progress over time
Hair loss treatment takes time and consistency. Most people see results after 3-6 months of regular use. We'll work with you to find a sustainable approach.
Hormone Health for Men
Low testosterone, fatigue, weight gain, mood changes, low libido — these aren’t just “part of getting older.” They can be signs that something else is going on.
We address:
- Fatigue, brain fog, and low energy related to hormones
- Sexual health concerns and libido changes
- Weight management and muscle mass concerns
- Rather than Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), we look at root causes of the low testosterone, such as lack of sleep or untreated sleep apnea.
Sexual Health & Wellness
- STI/STD testing and treatment – (recommended with each new partner)
- Herpes simple virus (HSV)
- Premature ejaculation
- Prostate health discussions and PSA screening
- Testicular health and self-exam education

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get birth control prescribed during my first visit?
In most cases, yes — especially if you’ve used birth control before and know what works for you. If it’s your first time, or if you’re considering a new method, we may need a brief health assessment first to ensure safety.
Will my partner or spouse know about my appointment?
All of your care is confidential. We follow HIPAA privacy laws and will not share information with anyone unless you specifically request it or provide written authorization.
Do I need lab work before starting ED medication?
Not always. For most men, we can prescribe ED medication after a health history and discussion of any underlying conditions. In some cases — especially if there are concerns about heart health or testosterone levels — we may recommend lab work first.
How long does hair loss treatment take to work?
Hair loss treatments like finasteride and minoxidil typically take 3-6 months of consistent use before you notice results. Some people see improvement sooner, while others may take up to a year. Patience and consistency are key.
Can you help with menopause symptoms?
Yes. We can discuss symptom management, lifestyle strategies, and options like hormone replacement therapy (HRT). For complex hormone therapy, we may refer you to a specialist, but we can support you through the process and coordinate care.
