Feel Like Yourself Again.

Exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix. Weight that won’t budge. Brain fog, mood shifts, a body that doesn’t feel like yours. These aren’t just signs of stress or aging — they’re often signals. At Wible Wellness, we help women, like you, get personalized, evidence-based care to help you feel like yourself again—better sleep, balanced mood, and improved energy.

Prioritize Your Wellness Today

Your Hormones Affect Everything

Hormones regulate energy, mood, metabolism, sleep, libido, weight, and more. When they’re balanced, you feel like yourself. When they’re not, the effects are wide-ranging — and too often dismissed.

Women are disproportionately affected by hormonal imbalance. And too often, the answer they receive is ‘it’s just stress’ or ‘this is normal for your age.’ At Wible Wellness, we disagree. Hormonal imbalance is real, it’s measurable, and it responds to the right approach.

Cassandra founded Wible Wellness because she believes women deserve more — more time, more thoroughness, and more honest answers. That’s what hormone optimization looks like here.

Because of that, appointments at Wible Wellness run much longer — typically 1–2 hours — and I spend significant time outside of visits reviewing your history, analyzing labs in depth, and building a truly personalized plan. You’re not getting a template. You’re getting something designed specifically for your body and your goals.

I don’t take insurance, and that’s intentional. Insurance companies dictate what providers can and can’t do, how long we can spend with you, and what we’re allowed to test or treat. That model is built around managing disease after it develops — not optimizing your health or preventing problems. Working together outside of insurance gives us the freedom to dig deeper, connect the dots, and use advanced or specialized testing when it’s appropriate.

The goal is real answers, a clear plan, and measurable progress — so you actually understand your body and feel in control of your health.

Signs Your Hormones May Be Out of Balance

Hormonal imbalance rarely announces itself clearly. It shows up as a cluster of symptoms that feel unrelated — until you look at the whole picture.

  • Fatigue and low energy that doesn’t improve with sleep — or simply not being able to sleep
  • Unexplained weight gain, especially around the midsection, or difficulty losing weight
  • Mood changes, mood swings, irritability, anxiety, or depression
  • Brain fog and troubles focusing
  • Irregular, heavy, or painful periods
  • Hot flashes, night sweats, or restless sleep
  • Low libido or vaginal dryness
  • Hair thinning, skin changes, or persistent bloating

These symptoms can stem from shifts in estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid hormones, cortisol, or insulin — often in combination. We help you sort through it.

What We Address

Perimenopause & Menopause

The transition into and through menopause brings real hormonal turbulence. We help women navigate it with clarity — addressing hot flashes, mood changes, insomnia, and metabolic shifts with evidence-based care, including hormone therapy when appropriate.

Estrogen & Progesterone Imbalance

Estrogen dominance, low progesterone, and imbalanced ratios between the two can drive irregular cycles, PMS, anxiety, bloating, and weight gain. We test specifically for these and build a care plan around your results.

Thyroid Function & Optimization

Low thyroid function is one of the most commonly missed root causes of hormonal symptoms in women — and it can look nearly identical to estrogen imbalance. We evaluate and optimize thyroid function alongside other hormones so nothing gets overlooked.

Adrenal & Cortisol Dysregulation

Chronic stress taxes the adrenal glands, disrupts cortisol levels, and destabilizes nearly every other hormone in the body. Adrenal dysfunction — including adrenal fatigue and elevated cortisol — can manifest as poor sleep, weight gain around the midsection, mood instability, and immune dysregulation. We address this as part of the full hormonal picture, not an afterthought.

Testosterone in Women

Testosterone is often overlooked in women’s health, but it plays a meaningful role in energy, libido, muscle tone, and mental clarity. Rather than simply replacing testosterone, our focus is on identifying and addressing what’s driving levels down in the first place — getting to the root cause rather than masking the imbalance.

Our Approach

Step 1: Thorough symptom review

We start by listening. Your symptoms, cycle history, stress load, sleep, and goals all shape what comes next.

Step 2: Personalized hormone panel

We order personalized, targeted labs — estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, thyroid (including free T3 and free T4), metabolic markers, and other relevant markers that impact hormone synthesis and function. Transparent, cash-pay pricing. You'll know the cost before you commit.

Step 3: Personalized care plan

Your plan may include hormone therapy (bioidentical when appropriate), lifestyle & nutrition guidance, targeted supplementation, and monitoring. No protocols — this is built for you.

Step 4: Ongoing monitoring

Hormones shift with age, stress, and health changes. We follow up, review updated labs, and adjust as needed. This is a long-term partnership.

Why Wible Wellness?

Wible Wellness is a women-owned telehealth practice. Cassandra built it because she believes women deserve more than the traditional system often allows — more time, more honesty, more thorough evaluation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Hormone optimization is a broader process of identifying and correcting imbalances that are affecting your quality of life. It may or may not include hormone replacement therapy, depending on your labs, symptoms, and goals. Treatment options may include:

  •   Lifestyle optimization — sleep, stress management, nutrition
  •   Targeted supplementation
  •   Bioidentical hormone therapy (when appropriate)
  •   Non-hormonal symptom management options

When hormone therapy is recommended, we prioritize bioidentical options where appropriate and walk through the benefits and considerations with you directly. Shared decision-making is always part of the process.

Not at all. Hormonal imbalances can affect women at any age — from early adulthood through postmenopause. Perimenopause can begin in a woman’s late 30s or early 40s, and it’s one of the most common times symptoms emerge. Conditions like PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, and cortisol dysregulation can also drive hormonal symptoms at any stage of life, and are fully within scope of what we address.

Lab work is the most reliable way to identify specific imbalances. Common symptoms that suggest a hormonal root cause include fatigue, hair loss, lightheadedness, memory issues, headaches, constipation, diarrhea, and low mood — among others. We’ll review your symptoms thoroughly and order a targeted hormone panel to give us a clear picture.

We also check additional biomarkers to rule out other causes for your symptoms — including vitamin D deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, and iron deficiency — to make sure we’re treating the right root cause, not just the most obvious one.

Bioidentical hormones are designed to closely mirror what your body naturally produces. Like all hormone therapies, they carry some risks and aren’t right for everyone. We take a careful, evidence-based approach — reviewing your health history, labs, and individual risk factors before recommending anything. Your informed consent is always part of the process.

Hormone optimization services at Wible Wellness are available on a self-pay basis. Some components may be partially covered depending on your plan — we can discuss what’s available during your visit.

Yes — telehealth is our primary method of care. Women’s hormone optimization is fully available via telehealth for patients physically located in Colorado, Illinois, or Oregon at the time of their visit.
