Comprehensive, personalized care that meets you where you are — in person or virtually.
At Wible Wellness, your care is guided by clarity, collaboration, and compassion. Every visit is a chance to understand the whole you — not just your symptoms. We listen, plan, and partner with you for sustainable wellness that fits your life.
We believe in transparent pricing and accessible care. All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx).
Many visits include checking your vitals at home. Having a blood pressure cuff and a digital scale helps us manage your care with more detail. These are the products I personally recommend based on research and what I use in my own home.
Upper-arm automated cuffs usually give the most reliable readings. Look for devices that are clinically validated, and ideally reviewed by the American Heart Association (AHA) or International Society of Hypertension (ISH).
Look for cuffs that fit 42–48 cm (16.5–18.9”). The Wireless Bluetooth Upper-Arm Monitor with 17” and 21” XL cuffs ($40–70) is a common choice.
Wrist monitors can be easier if an upper-arm cuff doesn’t fit. Hold your wrist at heart level during the reading—similar to placing your hand over your chest.
Checking at different times of day helps build a better picture of your usual blood pressure.
These appointments are for individuals visiting Wible Wellness for the first time. They include both comprehensive wellness evaluations and condition-specific assessments.
For ongoing or returning patients managing chronic or acute issues.
Routine blood work starting at $40. Includes CBC, CMP, hemoglobin A1c, and lipid panel.
Cash pay pricing is transparent — you’ll always know your cost before testing. Labs can also be billed through insurance if preferred, though pricing may vary.
The ADHD evaluation helps us understand your focus, attention, and day-to-day challenges. Most patients need two to three visits to complete the process. The evaluation does not guarantee a diagnosis or medication.
We talk through your symptoms, personal history, and how your concerns affect school, work, or daily life. We also review sleep, stress, and mood, since these can affect concentration and focus.
A diagnosis does not automatically mean a stimulant will be prescribed. A wellness exam within the past year must be on file before any stimulant medication can be considered. Every refill requires a follow-up visit for safety.
Some situations require care from a psychiatric specialist. This includes a history of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, or the regular use of medicines such as opioids, benzodiazepines, muscle relaxers, or controlled sleep medications.
Please upload a complete copy of your previous ADHD evaluation. Evaluations from platforms like Cerebral or Done cannot be accepted. A recent wellness exam is still required before medication can continue.
By scheduling an ADHD evaluation, you understand that a diagnosis is not guaranteed, medication may not be recommended, multiple visits may be needed, and a referral to psychiatry may be made when appropriate.
